Ni80Cr20est chromium nickel-aloyum (NiCr alloy) proprium resistentiae altae, resistentiae oxidationis bonae et firmitatis formae valde bonae.Aptum est usui temperaturae usque ad 1200°C, et vitam superiorem chromium alumii mixti ferrei comparatam habere.
Typical applications forNi80Cr20sunt electrica calefactiones elementa in domum adjumenta, fornaces industriales et resistores (resistentes wirewound, resistores metallica pellicula), ferramenta plana, machinis ferreis, calentium aqua, corona plastica moritur, ferrum solidans, elementa metalla circumfusa tubiaria et cartridge elementa.
