Typi K proprium est quod validam vim anti-oxidationis habet, et continuo in atmosphaera oxidante et inerti adhiberi debet. Temperatura usus diuturni est 1000℃, brevis autem 1200℃. Inter omnes thermocouples latissime adhibetur; (non potest adhiberi in atmosphaera gasis reducentis).
